Rianne van Leenen co-founded Solon management & organization in 2001 and  she became the Managing Director in 2008. Apart from guiding the company as MD, Rianne also works as a senior advisor, interim manager and trainer for Solon’s clients.  Rianne has been active in the cultural and government sectors within the Netherlands for over 14 years and holds a masters degree in Business Administration.

In the past she worked as head of the Public Dept at Het wereldmuseum in Rotterdam as a consultant for the local government of Rotterdam, HR manager at Museum Boijmans van Beuningen  and as an advisor for company’s like SCHUNCK*,  De Centraal Museum Utrecht and Het Rijksmuseum.

Rianne received a masters degree in business administration for quality assurance within the cultural sector.
Rianne currently holds the following directorships:

• Treasurer on the Board of the World Music Forum NL
• Member of the Supervisory Board of the library at the Hoekschewaard
• Chairman on the Board of the Foundation Platform Participation for the Cultural Sector
